Roughly translated as "cuteness," kawaii describes the Japanese cultural trend of celebrating all things tiny and adorable.
Join children's librarian Casey for a tutorial and experiment with drawing your favorite Pokemon characters kawaii-style. Kawaii characters are designed in a simplistic style, making them easy and fun to sketch. Draw Pikachu, Eevee, Jigglypuff, and more - make your favorite drawing into a button to take home and wear with pride!
This event is for 3rd-6th graders.
