Do you have a book you'd like to read and discuss with others? Are you in the mood to be in a book group but don't have any books in mind?
For the second time this year, Book Club Matchmaking will be based on the book you want to read. You're welcome to bring some book titles and propose them to the attendees with a short description, and we'll see if any groups form. Library staff will also provide multiple copies of our books in case anyone needs ideas.
At the end of the event, if you've found some like-minded people who want to read the same book, you can exchange contact information and set your meeting date. It's a commitment to just one book and one meeting -- perfect for those who don't have the time or interest in establishing a long-term group.
Light refreshments will be served. For adults of all ages. Registration is requested.
