Over the past few months, women's issues have taken center stage in political debates on state house floors a nd in the media. What hasn't really been addressed by politicians and pundits is the changing role of women in the family (although these changes may underlie some of the debates).  Women are playing a larger role in business, education, and household incomes. So, how did this "seismic economic, social and emotional change" occur? Here are a few articles straight from our stacks for some perspective:
