Digital minimalism is a philosophy which involves thinking critically about the benefits and costs of the digital tools in our lives. We’ll introduce some key thinkers – Cal Newport, David Levy, and Shoshanna Zuboff – who are approaching digital minimalism from different angles and share some of their insights for how best to manage your relationship with technology.
