The Iowa City Public Library is hosting representatives from the Iowa Reading Research Center to present a workshop on assistive technology (AT) that can support children with reading and writing. Come and learn more about what AT is and how you can use it, and connect to the resources available in the Iowa City Library. The AT demonstrated will include Speechify and Snap&Read, with the opportunity to schedule a free virtual or in-person consultation with an assistive technology coordinator following the workshop. (Note: This presentation is intended for parents and caregivers, though children are welcome to attend with an adult present).
