Library EventPreschool Stories & More: Dog Safety with the K9 Ambasssadors

Kathy and other volunteers from the our local K9 Ambassador program, and sponsored by the lowa City Dog Obedience Club, will use handpicked dogs to help teach kids about dog safety with a presentation that includes tricks and various obedience skill demonstrations. Children will be allowed to pet the dogs applying the new skills taught!

Preschool Stories & More is the Thursday Storytime program at the library and will often be a guest presenter, storyteller or performer! All ages are welcome to attend Preschool Stories and More every week, but some programs may be better suited for ages 3-5. If there is no guest presenter scheduled, Mari will do a traditional storytime!
