Yoga designed for moms-to-be and postnatal mamas! Jenna is a prenatal yoga instructor at Hot House and at the University of Iowa Rec Services. Join us for two different classes on February 1st and February 22nd.
This gentle prenatal yoga workshop is designed for expectant mothers seeking to cultivate inner peace, release anxiety, and prepare for the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy. Through a combination of gentle yoga postures, deep breathing exercises, and mindfulness, participants will learn to connect with their bodies and cultivate a sense of calm and confidence as they prepare to welcome their baby or transition to motherhood.
Workshop Objectives:
• Reduce stress and anxiety associated with pregnancy.
• Improve sleep quality and alleviate common discomforts.
• Prepare for the physical and emotional changes of childbirth.
• Connect with other expectant mothers.
