Meeting Room A
The Johnson County Board of Supervisors has set November 5, 2024, as the date for a referendum to issue General Obligation Conservation Bonds not to exceed $30 million over 20 years. Co-Chairs of the Our Land, Our Water, Our Future Committee, Pat Heiden and Josh Schamberger, along with Brad Friedhof, Johnson County Conservation Program Manager, will highlight 15 different projects funded by the Conservation Bond that was approved by a super majority of voters in 2008. The focus will then shift to the $30 Million Conservation Bond initiative and its anticipated benefits.
