The Jolly Pops are a children’s music and entertainment group founded by Billy Hartong, aka "Mr. Billy." The band was built around Dads who love to play music for kids.
The concerts involve music, movement and fun learning through experience. Mr. Billy has puppet friends in tow who often get in on the fun. The Jolly Pops are "an awesome good time" that's waiting to happen wherever you are!
