ICPL Bookmobile schedule change details

The Summer ICPL Bookmobile schedule begins Monday, June 5 and runs through Friday, August 18. The ICPL Bookmobile is out of service for a seasonal maintenance break from May 29 through June 2. If you had holds you were expecting to pick up on the Bookmobile, those items will be available at the Downtown Library building from May 27 through June 4. Simply ask at the Help Desk for help finding these materials. After this time, holds will be available once again on the Bookmobile. All holds that have been requested to be delivered to the Bookmobile have also been extended through June 12 to give folks a chance to pick them up at any stop during our first full week of service. If you are unsure about when or where you can find an item you placed on hold, call the Library at 319-356-5200 or chat with us online.

    As a major Stephen King fan I am always excited to see a new King book published. I read the first half of the book and after taking a break from the story I finished up by listening to the rest of the book as an eAudio book through Overdrive. I was surprised to find a short interview with Stephen and Owen King at the end of the audio book which talked about the method and dynamic of co-authoring a book. -Shawna
