Fall is the season of many near-folk rituals in the U.S. (Halloween, Día de los Muertos, Thanksgiving, etc.). Tell us about a traditional tale/event/character/figure in your world—whether continuously popular or perhaps also challenged and thus updated for more current tastes or values.
