The Iowa City Public Library Winter Reading program starts Friday, Dec. 18. The program is open to all readers age 3 and up, kids through adults. You can register yourself or your family by logging your reading online or printing your own program at icpl.org/wrp. You can also pick up a gamecard from the Library.
