This July, explore different ways to record your days and find meaning in the details!
We’ll discuss different methods of daily record keeping, journaling, and creative acts, with a focus on simple and unique ways to both document and express yourself. Participants will meet for an initial session, then keep a daily record of their choice for a month. We will have a follow-up meeting on Thursday, August 1 to share any impact and insight we gained from documenting our days in our ways.
